How it's made

Swiss technology. Italian craft. Built for you, one at a time.

Weirdo Watch is a small European collaboration — engineered in Switzerland, designed and made in Italy. We don't keep a warehouse of identical boxes. Each watch is built to order, in Europe, after you place it. That takes a little longer. We think it's worth it.

Switzerland — the technology

Brooks & Keitt, the studio behind Weirdo Watch, is based in Switzerland. The mind of the watch is ours: the software, the ever-changing equations, and the engineering that keeps perfect time while making you work for it.

Italy — the design & the craft

The look and the object itself come from Italy — drawn by an Italian design studio and built by an Italian manufacturer, by people who care how a thing feels in the hand and how it ages on a shelf.

Made in Europe, on purpose

We chose the harder way to build.

We could have the parts stamped out cheaply, far away, and stack them to the ceiling. We chose not to. We build in Europe, close to home, for reasons we're proud of: to grow the craft and know-how around us, to give good work to the people near us, and to put our name on something genuinely excellent — a watch that delights you a little every time you glance at it.

This isn't about where a thing can't be made. It's about what we want to build, and who we want to build it with. Keeping design and manufacturing side by side in Europe means we can obsess over the details, fix what isn't right, and stand behind every piece that leaves the workshop.

We'd rather make one watch you'll keep for years than a thousand you'll forget in a drawer.
Made to order

Why it takes a little longer.

Because we build as orders come in, we can't ship the same day. Your Weirdo Watch is assembled after you order it — usually within one to two weeks — and then it's yours.

What you give up in speed you gain in something rarer: an object made with attention, by someone who knew it was going to you. Not pulled from a pile. Built.

How ordering works

A small deposit now. The rest when it ships.

Because each watch is built for you, we ask for a small deposit to confirm your order — then collect the balance only once it's ready to leave the workshop.

1

Reserve with a small deposit

Place your order and leave a small deposit to confirm it. That's the go-ahead that tells us to start building your watch.

2

We build it in Europe

Your watch is made to order and quality-checked by hand. This usually takes one to two weeks — we'll keep you posted along the way.

3

Pay the balance, we ship

When it's ready, we collect the remaining balance and send it on its way — carefully packed, and made to last.

The deposit only confirms your order and reserves your place in the build queue. You pay the rest when your watch is ready to ship — never before.

Built to last

A watch worth waiting for.

Beautiful design from an Italian studio, built by an Italian maker, powered by Swiss engineering — made to withstand the test of time and to make you think, a little, every time you look at it.
